In 1990, the Christian World College of Theology was formed, in which Dr. Chamberlain was President, Chancellor and Instructor. This rotational program was established to help individuals fulfill their High Calling and prepare for ministry, while continuing their commitments to family, job and ministries.

His most recent endeavor was the establishment of the Christian Community Center, built in 1998. The Christian Community Center houses the Delmarva Evangelistic Church offices as well as the Christian Community Child Care Center, which enrolls children from infant to five years of age.
